Frequently asked questions
What counts as an email?
Outbound usage counts per accepted recipient, including To, Cc, and Bcc. Accepted inbound messages count toward the same monthly email quota as outbound sends.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated.
Where is my data stored?
Primary production service data is hosted in the EU/EEA. Limited network, device, and operational metadata may be processed by infrastructure providers under appropriate transfer safeguards.
What are masked addresses?
Masked addresses (Postscale Shield) are unique email aliases that forward to your users' real email addresses, protecting their privacy.
